Damian Sanchez – Founder, DSR Construction

Damian Sanchez founded DSR Construction after nearly a decade in the construction world, including five years specializing in project management. His expertise in executing and overseeing complex construction projects with precision and efficiency has earned him a reputation for delivering high-quality results. Before launching DSR Construction, Damian worked as a project manager for a renowned commercial contractor in Los Angeles, overseeing the construction of luxury single-family residences, high-end TI build-outs, and multi-million-dollar adaptive reuse projects from start to finish. His hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and commitment to craftsmanship have enabled him to consistently deliver projects on time and within budget while fostering strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors. Damian founded DSR Construction to set a new standard in high-end residential and commercial construction. His deep understanding of structural integrity, material selection, and efficient building practices allows his team to execute complex projects with excellence. Passionate about luxury residential construction and architecture, he stays current on industry and design trends to help clients maximize their construction investments.

A Los Angeles native, Damian holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Northridge (CSUN).
